TRANSPARENT FEES

Flat Fees. No Surprises.

Our firm only charges flat fees for domain name dispute services

Introductory Case Memorandum

$500

Our team will draft a brief memorandum outlining your case, information on the current holder of the disputed domain name, and the best possible courses of action you can take

Initiating a UDRP Proceeding

$2000

Our team will submit to WIPO a formal complaint under the Uniform Domain Resolution Policy (“UDRP”) on your behalf and initiate the process of taking back your domain name.  (Note, filing fees not included)

Defending Against a UDRP Challenge

$3000

If a UDRP has been filed against you our team can defend your domain name from being taken. Our firm represents claimants and respondents in UDRP filings

Additional Services

Other services we provide to help you protect and defend your brand

U.S. Federal Trademark Filing

$595 for the first, $450 thereafter

One of the strongest arguments to make in a successful domain name dispute is that the other party is infringing on your federal trademark rights. The first step in this process is filing a trademark application with the PTO.

Send a Cease and Desist

$750 for the first, $300 thereafter

Do you want to take over a domain name from someone else without filing a UDRP or a lawsuit? Our firm can draft and send a cease and desist letter on attorney letterhead to coerce the domain name holder into an 'amicable' solution.
